Well, I’m an angry man, and so this comes from the heart.<\/p>\n

Anger is stressful and that stress can kill you.\u00a0 It killed my friend Gerry.\u00a0 He was trying to help, trying to do the right thing, but someone wouldn’t listen.\u00a0 Again and again.\u00a0 Then after a morning of stubbornness from those he was helping, he lost his temper, had a heart attack and died.\u00a0 I still miss his counsel and friendship.<\/p>\n

Take a breath and walk away.\u00a0 Then come back to the problem.\u00a0 If it’s bad traffic, just sit and breath.\u00a0 If it’s noisy brats, just walk away, and breath.\u00a0 After a while alternative solutions will present themselves and your heart will be better for it.<\/p>\n

The message is mostly for men, though women can suffer too.\u00a0 So guys – chill out, and girls – don’t be like guys!<\/p>\n
