If you accept the challenge choose to live with the pain and enjoy the process.<\/p>\n
Or choose to hate the pain and fight the process.<\/p>\n
Once you learn to learn, the pain dissipates.\u00a0 Because you know you are making progress.<\/p>\n
There is no success, without failures first.<\/p>\n
Training the mind is not so different from training the body.\u00a0 To train the body run, jump, spin and eat right.\u00a0 If you sit still and eat fat, sugar and chems you will not be able to run, jump, spin – you will not be able to dance to the rhythm of life.<\/p>\n
To train the mind read, write and count.\u00a0 Expand knowledge and knowhow in breadth and depth.\u00a0 Learn to learn.\u00a0 Learn to think.\u00a0 Learn to control your body with your mind.\u00a0 Learn to control your mind with your body.\u00a0 Though ignorance is bliss, you were not designed to be ignorant and once the veil begins to lift, the sorrow can be dark.\u00a0 Enlightenment is reaching out to us all.<\/p>\n
